You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships — just click it to follow your parcel all the way to your door.

We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Each one is handcrafted from FSC-certified beech, with bendable rope legs and soft plush details.

Anamalz are designed in Australia and handcrafted in a Japanese-owned, solar-powered factory in Vietnam that meets high international standards for quality and working conditions. Our team spends time there regularly — in fact, we think of it as our second home.

Anamalz are recommended for ages 3 and up. They are popular kidult presents too!

Yes — very. Every Anamalz is independently tested to ASTM F963 (US), EN 71 (Europe) and AS/NZS ISO 8124 (Australia/NZ) toy-safety standards — dropped, twisted, pulled and checked for everything from lead to formaldehyde. The result? Nothing nasty detected, and they survived the twisting. Recommended for ages 3 and up.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as your Anamalz are unused and in their original packaging. Changed your mind? Email us at hello@anamalz.co.uk to get started — you'll cover the return postage, and we'll refund you once it's back and checked over. If something arrived faulty or incorrect, that's on us: we'll cover the return shipping and sort a replacement. See our full returns policy for details.

Our lifetime guarantee covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship on Anamalz made from 2020 onward — even ones that show up through everyday play. It doesn't cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage or misuse. To claim, email hello@anamalz.co.uk with your proof of purchase, a short description and a photo, and we'll review it and arrange a replacement.

Not this time, sorry. Our crates are packed and sealed at the factory before they reach us, so the line-up in each one is fixed. If there's a particular animal your little one has their heart set on, choose the crate that comes closest and add singles alongside it — they'll all get along just fine.

We don't. However every crate arrives gift-ready in its own keepsake box — the crate is the wrapping.

Each crate is made from high-quality, sturdy cardboard — beautifully designed to protect your Anamalz and double as gift-ready packaging (the crate is the wrapping!). It's perfect for tucking your animals away between adventures, and fully recyclable when the day comes.

Every crate comes with an Authentic Anamalz Certificate — a keepsake that confirms your animals are genuine, handcrafted Anamalz and officially welcomes them into their new home.

The fun bit! Each crate comes with a link to a downloadable Adoption Certificate — print it out, name your new friends, and make it official.

Wipe clean with a damp cloth. They survive most adventures unassisted. No baths allowed though!
