I was so impressed with my first order, I ordered again. Not so impressed this time. Only half my order arrived. No thank you card, no booklet on other products. I was and am a bit sad.
Hi Lori,
We are so sad to hear that you're sad!
Your promotional dinosaur order was shipped from a separate warehouse in the USA, rather than our usual Australian warehouse, which is why it didn't include all the little extras. (By the way—we absolutely love that you loved the handwritten note and booklet!)
I can also see that your order was sent in two separate USPS shipments. The second parcel is still in transit, and according to the latest tracking, it's due for delivery today. We completely understand your frustration—USPS has been unusually slow with this shipment.
And because we simply can't stand the thought of you feeling disappointed, we've sent a little surprise from Australia today. We hope it brings a big smile to your face!

Amazing!! The quality is absolutely unmatched. This is probably the BEST company I have ever ordered from! From amazingly fast shipping, packaging, and the product...I would give them 10 stars if i could!! I ended up order two more times immediately after the first shipment. Order and you will see!!!
I love the size and quality. These will last through many grandchildren!!
Thank-you so much for your kind words!
We appreciate your feedback about the size and quality of this collection.
An heirloom piece built to last is exactly what we hoped for when designing these.

Santa, Rudolf, sled and accessories sprang from their special crates and instantly found their turf under a potted poinsettia. By day, they appear fixed in place. But by night when the house sleeps, they’re busily working. Only the cat observes and knows what Christmas shenanigans are afoot!!
Thanks so much for taking the time to tell us about your Christmas Magic in the works! It sounds like Santa and his crew are well settled under a potted poinsettia - and we're glad that your cat is keeping an eye on them ;-). Wishing you a wonderful holiday season filled with joy and wonder.
